Please rest assured that our team has worked tirelessly over the past days to resolve this issue. The problem lies with the ZA Central Registry (ZACR), which is responsible for publishing certain technical records (glue records) that allow our domain to be accessed globally. Unfortunately, ZACR only operates during weekdays, office hours.
We have already scheduled a priority-one action first thing Monday morning with ZACR to resolve the issue fully. Our team will monitor and manage everything as soon as their systems are available.
We understand this is a serious matter, and your trust is extremely important to us. Please know that all Smartwallet and TAConnector systems and data are safe and secure, and this is purely a connectivity/registry issue outside our immediate control.
